You enter this Venice apartment via a hallway, the double bedroom with queen bed and small en-suite bathroom with shower and wc runs off the hallway, the living/dining room is at the end of the hallway and is well lit with natural light.

The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table for four people and has a TV, a doorway leads out to the furnished courtyard providing a sunny space for breakfast or an evening aperativo.

The fully equipped kitchen is within this space and features all necessary utensils to create full meals. A laundry space is to the right of the room as is the second larger bathroom which has a shower, WC, and bidet.

Venice apartment Campo San Maurizio is spacious and well laid out for two couples or a family of up to four people providing space and privacy during your stay.

The area of Campo San Maurizio is very central being only a minute's walk from the Accademia Bridge and 5 minutes to Piazza San Marco. The area, like most of Venice is a both residential and a shopping district, therefore there are many grocery stores and small trattorie and bars as well as being close to many of all the important landmarks of Venice.

You will also find the Traghetto crossing very close by and several vaporetto stops for trips further afield.

This lovely ground floor apartment is located just off Campo San Maurizio a few minutes walk to the Giglio water bus stop and ideally located for easy access to San Marco, Academia and Rialto. A door from the living room opens onto a small terrace ideal for a sunny breakfast or quiet evening drink. Perfect for two people or up to four as a second bathroom is off the living room. A variety of shops are nearby including a small but well stocked mini supermarket. You know you are in Venice when you wake to the sound of the local church bells at 8.00am. The apartment is a credit to Elisabetta, the owner, who runs a beautifull art gallery near the Guggenheim museum.

Apartment Campo San Maurizio Hong Kong Alan D. The apartment was well appointed and the place is so conveniently near the important sites of Venice. It had a "homely" feel - my kids felt so at home. For 4 people and in Venice - it was a good value for money.
