Villetta San Barnaba is a small 17th century building situated at the end of a small Calle that runs off the beautiful Campo San Barnaba.
Both the interior and the exteriors have been carefully restored with care to conserve the original characteristics.
This cozy venice villetta has an independent entrance on the ground floor, you enter the property in the kitchen/dining room which has recently been completely modernized and is fully equipped with gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking utensils necessary to create complete meals during your stay.
On this same level is a modern bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.
The second level comprises a living room with original beamed ceiling, sofa-bed for one adult or two children, satelite TV, CD player, air conditioning and telephone.
The double bedroom is accessed from the living room, this bright room has windows on both sides overlooking a garden at the rear and the small Calle looking toward Campo San Barnaba.
There is a large wardrobe, a queen bed which can separate into twins should two singles be traveling together, and a day bed which can comfortably sleep an extra child when necessary.
The area of San Barnaba in Dorsoduro is well known as the location of some of Venice's most characteristic Osterie and has the convenient access accross the Grand Canal via the San Barnaba Traghetto, just a minute walk from the Campo.
This area is also well connected to various Vaporetto stops on both the Grand Canal side and the Zattere, and the Accademia bridge is only a 5 minute walk.
