Studio apartment Salute Terrace is located on the ground floor of a characteristic residential palazzo in the beautiful area of Dorsoduro, which is in between the Salute Church and the Peggy Guggenheim modern art museum.

The palazzo houses four apartments in total which together sleep up to 12 people, Salute Terrace, Salute Blu, Salute Giallo and Salute Celeste, making this an excellent choice for groups traveling together.

The apartment hosts a luxurious double king size bedroom and can accommodate a group of up to four people. The large lounge opens on to a south facing terrace ideal for entertaining or relaxation, and has a comfortable double sofa bed.

Ceilings retain the traditional wooden beams, and a beautiful stone fire place can warm the coldest and romantic Venetian nights.

The ensuite bathroom and additional shower room are of a high quality decorated with the finest and exclusive italian hand painted ceramic tiles, and the fully equipped kitchen is open plan with a large dining table seating up to eight people.

The Salute Terrace apartment is very sophisticated and furnished with fine antiques.

This area of Dorsoduro is a coveted part of Dorsoduro; the most exclusive and non-touristy area in Venice. There are many typical osterias and trattorias very close to the apartment where you will be able to enjoy the local cuisine or a sprizt at one of the many cafes in the various piazzas in the area such as the bustling Campo Santa Margherita, Campo San Barnaba or enjoy a block of the famous Ganduiotto Gelato with fresh cream at Gelateria Nico on the Zattere all within a few minutes walk from apartment Salute Terrace.

A traghetto (two man gondola) is located right at the end of the Calle on the grand canal, only a few paces from the apartment, this which will take you safely over to the San Marco side in 2 mins, with only another 5 min walk you will find yourself in the splendor of Saint Marks Square.

The area of Dorsoduro has many small boutiques and galleries and artisans workshops and it's own small daily fresh fish market and grocery stores servicing the local residents.
