Giardini is located on the first floor of a typical palazzo, right on the lagoon near to the vaporetto stop Giardini only a few minutes walk from the gardens that hold the biennale.

This area is residential and is very close to via Garibaldi, a streets that holds supermarkets, trattorias, fresh food markets that are used daily by the local residents.

The vaporetto (public boat) stop is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the ride to San Marco is only 15 minutes, by foot its only a 15 minutes walk along the water front.

This Venice apartment is meticulously maintained by its owners, and has been furnished in a traditional style and equipped with every possible modern convenience, making this apartment a particularly good choice for a family or group of friends traveling together.

Giardini comprises a master bedroom with two single beds, and another bedroom with twin beds which can only be accessed though the master bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, bidet, WC, hair dryer and heated towel rail.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hot plates and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, blender, toaster and everything else you might need to make a full meal.

There is a dining area with table and chairs and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two, television with cable, CD player and last but definitely not least, a wonderful view over the lagoon.
