Venice Apartment Corte Nova - Terrazzo is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a characteristic palazzo in the heart of Venice's Castello district, only a 10 minute walk from Piazza San Marco in this perfectly Venetian setting on a pretty small canal.

The Palazzo has been completely restored in 2005 and has its own private garden, a laundry for the apartments on the ground floor and a water door which allows you to arrive by water taxi directly to your apartment.

There are also five other apartments in the same palazzo making this an excellent choice for groups traveling together sleeping up to 23 people in the same building:

You enter apartment Corte Nova - Terrazzo into the entrance hall which has a double bedroom with a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobes, three small steps up leads you into a bright living/dining room which also leads out onto a furnished 25 sqm terrace overlooking the Palazzo's private garden.

This living area also contains the kitchen which is fully equipped with microwave, american coffee maker, fridge and all utensils necessary to create full meals.

The modern bathroom has a shower box, WC & bidet.

There is a well stocked supermarket only a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

Apartment Corte Nova-Terrazzo Jun-07 UK Jane R. Three of us stayed in Corto Nova Terrazzo in June 2007. The apt. was beautifully decorated throughout. Only 5 minutes walk to San Marco. Fantastic stay. We arrived v. late at TSF airport and booked taxi + water taxi to take us straight to our very own water door!! (W used www.mytransfer.it - which was WAY cheaper than all the competition and gave excellent service) - That's arriving in style! Will definitely go back - great value for money and landlord very accommodating - let us leave luggage there until late night flight - no problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Apartment Corte Nova-Terrazzo Apr-07 USA Lisa F. This apartment served us well. Modern decor, immaculately clean, secure building, appropriate kitchen utensils, close to market, short walk from St. Marks Square, grocery store just across the street. It is kind of noisy at night w/ windows open.

Apartment Corte Nova-Terrazzo USA David F. We love the apartment in Corte Nova. It is in a quiet part of Castello, away from the tourists. There is a very nice grocery store less than one minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is in very good condition. All of the appliances and fixtures were very nice quality and functioned well. Riccardo and his parents were gracious and helpful. I would recommend this to friends and would return next time I visit Venice.

Apartment Corte Nova-Terrazzo Australia Cheryl M. A lovely apartment with air conditioning. It was very hot so we had the air conditioning on all the time and the last night it leaked. Very sunny, good position, leafy court yard, on the canel and near a supermarket. The map to get there was clear and concise but too many bridges. They did explain a way back to anothere vapouretto stop to exit Venice
