Venice Apartment Corte Nova Canale is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a characteristic palazzo in the heart of Venice's Castello district, only a 10 minute walk from Piazza San Marco in this perfectly Venetian setting on a pretty small canal.
The Palazzo has been completely restored in 2005 and has its own private garden, a laundry for the apartments on the ground floor and a water door which allows you to arrive by water taxi directly to your apartment.
There are also five other apartments in the same palazzo making this an excellent choice for groups traveling together sleeping up to 23 people in the same building:
You enter apartment Corte Nova - Canale directly into the living room which has large comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, TV and small balcony overlooking a picturesque canal.
From the living room you access the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, American coffee maker, fridge and all utensils necessary to create full meals.
The kitchen also has a dining table for four people and has a large walk in cupboard for the storage of suitcases.
A small hallway from the living room leads to a double bedroom with a queen sized bed and built in wardrobes.
The modern bathroom has a shower box, WC & bidet, this is also accessed from the the hallway.
There is a well stocked supermarket only a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
