Casa Casanova is a beautifully decorated and furnished apartment in the San Marco area, with parquetry floors and the original wooden beams throughout.

This apartment is located on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a characteristic palazzo.

The closest vaporetto stop is Rialto Bridge.

This Venice apartment comprises a large living room with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms both with windows with lovely views, a modern bathroom with shower, and a third bedroom on the second level with twin beds.

This 3rd bedroom is built under the roof, with dormer windows and would be suitable for children or younger couples seeking a romantic hideaway.

On arriving at the apartment we made our way up the four flight of stairs and opened the door on this beautiful apartment. Apartment Cassanova Apr-06 UK Sarah S. Well worth climbing up to the fourth floor to this charming and comfortable apartment. Superbly situated just off the main tourist route near Rialto close to excellent wine bars and restaurants. Really felt as if we were locals.
